We’ve been making cheese for a lot of years and have received many reviews and awards over the years. But it’s the unsolicited reviews from customers that touch our hearts most. Audrey and her husband paid our https://staging.ellsworthcheese.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/07/WCCO-1-2.jpg, WI retail store a visit this past October. Acting on a tip from a friend, they were out to see if our All Natural Cheddar Cheese Curds were in fact the best in all the land. The verdict: “This Wisconsin co-op’s cheese curds are the best I’ve ever eaten.” Although Audrey admits she’s “no cheese expert” we found her to be more than qualified to offer up her opinion. Upon reading her biography we discovered she’s the daughter of a dairy farmer, worked side by side with her father in the barn, and has an affection for cows.
